rss

the rss section on the post grad med site is renamed under science news. i found a perfect gadget that allowed me to put up 7 rss feeds into one. i got more science journals up there.

i found some live chat room gadgets, but they were not what i was looking for. they allowed any user from different sites to chat. i want something where only my sites traffic can talk to each other.

the discussion board gadgets need you to sign up on another site, i dont think users and visitors of my site will be bothered to do that.

Post grad med site

Hey guys,

I just finished the post grad med site, took ages to mix and mash all the info into the site. But it looks good. The map of each medical school was the most boring job to do. I got info from yahoo, google, all 16 medical schools, student forums, bookshops, uni services, jobs n placements, youtube, rss feeds n much more.

google analytics is working now, it needed time to set up with the website.

used google gadgets to search for rss feeds, then embedded them into the site.
